Modern society keeps us all under constant surveillance using CCTV cameras in the streets, in shops and even in our offices helping to keep us safe and within the bounds of the law. The one problem with CCTV cameras is that they tend to be very large, very obtrusive and very, very expensive. So they aren't really all that good for the budding spy or concerned homeowner.
The Spy Clock however is portable, aesthetically pleasing and, best of all, considerably cheaper than a full CCTV system. The Spy Clock is disguised as a clock (obviously!) and is supplied in a shiny stainless steel finish which will look perfect on your shelf or mantelpiece. Hidden just under the number six at the bottom of the clock face is a tiny motion-detecting camera (it's so tiny and well disguised you'll be very hard pushed to see it even when you know it's there).
The tiny spy camera records video and sound onto 4GB of internal memory (enough for about 2 hours recording), although this can be increased to 8GB for capturing even more secret footage. You can choose to record video or standard still photographs, all of which are caught in crisp VGA resolution. The recording starts as soon as the camera detects movement in the room and stops as soon as your subject moves away again. The clock even comes with a useful rechargeable battery, allowing you to mount multiple surveillance operations without having to keep changing batteries.
At the end of your stakeout, connect the clock to your PC using the built-in USB port and you can download the incriminating footage for submission to the Police (or posting on Facebook). This is exactly the sort of gadget one would expect a secret agent to own, subtle, sneaky and very useful too.
