The Body Shaper is recognised as being one of the best exercise devices for the abdominal muscle group.
How to use it:
The Body Shaper comes complete with a non-slip knee pad and provides
examples of many different exercises you can try. Just kneel on the pad, and place the Body Shaper just infront of your knees. Then place your hands on the body shapers handles, and then roll the unit forward (in the direction of the arrow), whilst also allowing your torso to open up.
Push out as far as possible, and then slowly return to your starting position.
Because the Body Shaper is spring loaded, the further you extend it, the more resistance it will create.
After working it a few times, you will feel the abdominals, shoulder, back, and chest muscles working.
Try pushing it out to the right or left, this will work different muscle groups in the abdominals, shoulder,back and chest.
