I have a portable dvd player with a screen about 3 inches wide and you miss a lot of detail whilst watching as well as hurting your eyes focusing on such a small screen as well as distractions. The headphones are fitted neatly on the rimax and there is no chance of disturbance from other sources when watching. They are also very comfortable and you can lie down wherever in the best position without having to worry if you can see the screen or not. The connections are great.
