Vineyard Tour For Two Gift Experience

Vineyards are located all over the world and came about in the Middle Ages when monks used to tend to them.

Vineyards are known for their deep historical significance and in this superb experience you can enjoy a tour around one of two amazing vineyards. It's a fantastic opportunity to experience just how a working vineyard and winery operate.

Find out how wine is expertly made by professionals and then sample the finished product! You will be all shown all areas of the vineyard, from the initial plantings over 30 years ago, to the newest plantings and will be told about many interesting aspects. You will also take a tour of the brand new state of the art Winery and bottling plant on site.

No vineyward tour would be complete without you being able to sample some of the produce, so this tour ends with you being able to partaking in a spot of wine tasting. Lunch is even included in the price of your experience with complimentary wine of one bottle per couple.

Main Events

Your experience begins with tea, coffee and a brief introduction before heading off for the vineyard tour. During the tour you will be shown a selection of vines and take part in lively discussion on training, growing and harvesting vines. Then on to the winery where the wine making process from the arrival of the grape to the bottling of the finished product is revealed. Wine tasting is next on the agenda before finally settling down to a delicious ploughman's buffet lunch and collecting your complimentary bottle of wine to take home with you.

You must use the voucher within 10 months. This tour is available on selected dates only that you will be informed about on the voucher we post you. You must be over 18 years in age for this experience. The tour commences at 10am and finishes at 2pm including an hour for lunch. Lunch is even included in the price of your experience with complimentary wine of one bottle per couple. There will be a maximum of 30 participants on the day.
