Plug it into your PC's USB port and use the supplied software, and the control panel will come up on your computer/laptop screen. It performs like a real car.... Sound the horn, turn, park, CRASH! It even gives off realistic engine sounds. Simply park the car in the garage for battery charging.
You could even invest in some model trees, a nice model church and perhaps some ramblers to mow down after you've sunk a couple at lunchtime.
