Please note that if you selected our "Up To 8 Day Delivery" or "First Class Post Royal Mail" options when you placed your order, these are not trackable services. As you will be aware, the Royal Mail network is extremely busy this time of year and we apologice on behalf of Royal Mail for any delay and inconvenience caused.

Most Royal Mail deliveries arrive within 2-3 working days after your order is dispatched. If you haven’t received your parcel or a missed delivery card from Royal Mail, we suggest you contact your local sorting office to check if they have your parcel. You can phone Royal Mail on 08457 740 740 or visit the Royal Mail website to find your local depot location and contact details.

We are accepting returns for refunds up to the 15th January 2012, so if your parcel does arrive late and it is no longer required, you can post it back to us for a full refund.
