In the late 60's and early 70's, kids didn't crave the latest mobile phone or Mp3 player. Instead, they begged, borrowed and stole to get their hands on a pocket synthesiser called the Stylophone. It was used by the likes of David Bowie, Kraftwerk and Erasure to achieve that great Stylophone organ sound.
This up to date model is a version that has been developed in collaboration the original inventor's son, which blends the original design (now a retro classic) with updated technology.
This wonderful little instrument has all the charm of the older version, but now has added features more fitting with today's technology, including an mp3 input and headphone socket.
Meant for the nostalgic sorts, the Stylophone Retro Pocket Synthesizer is a miniature stylus-operated synthesizer that features a metal keyboard played by touching it with a stylus. It even includes an input for your MP3 player so you can mix your music with the Stylophone and it then outputs everything through the built-in speaker.
