Anyone who has seen the Star Wars series of movies will know that with the exception (perhaps) of the Pod Race sequence, the only other cool thing in the whole movie was Darth Maul and his double-ended lightsaber. Every Star Wars fan or wannabe Jedi harbours a secret desire for their own twin blade lightsaber - this could be just the item for them.

Because as cool as owning a lightsaber is, you can top that feeling by successfully constructing your own from scratch. The Mini Darth Maul Mini Lightsaber Kit contains everything you need to build your own scaled-down replica of that brandished so expertly by the red-faced baddie.

For adults who worry about the educational value of toys that they buy for their children, the Darth Maul Mini Lightsaber Kit uses Light emitting Diodes (LEDs for short) to create the evil red glow in each blade. The kit also has a full learning guide which explains the science behind how LEDs work. The Mini Lightsaber Kit is obviously fun and pedagogic (instructive in other words).

The Darth Maul Mini Lightsaber is great fun to build and play with.Unfortunately being a miniature version of the original, the chances of successfully conquering the Universe with it are quite slim!
