Although we totally respect Origami as an art form and are suitably impressed by the technique and patient required to turn a square of paper into something else, There are certain aspects which could do with a bit of updating. Sure a paper crane was probably pretty exciting back in the 1700s, but it's a bit tame by modern standards. Same goes for flowers, fans and frogs. What origami needs is a bit of 21st century techno influence.

And that's just what has happened with this incredible Space Origami Set. Gone are the lovely friendly creatures of yesteryear, replaced instead with space stuff. Stars, rockets and an astronaut are all present and correct in this kit, making it one of the coolest origami sets ever conceived.

The Space Origami Set contains everything you need to get started on making space-age paper models. There are 120 pages of coloured origami paper which has already been cut down to size so you can jump right in. The 32-page instruction booklet contains full-colour illustrations and instructions which will help you transform a simple square of paper into a lunar landing module just by folding the paper. You won't need any glue or scissors, everything is done through the magic of folds.

And that's not all. You can also create a satellite dish/tracking station and even a super nova all without destroying our galaxy in the process. You will be very hard pressed to find someone who isn't impressed by your paper folding skills and the resulting space ephemera.
