Just received a set of shotfloats. They work even better than promised. On my first try, I accidentally added the two first ingredients in the wrong order, but they actually layered in the right order anyway. 10 recipes and a easy to follow quick guide are included with the Shotfloats, but a quick search for `layered drink` or `pousse cafe` on the Internet will provide even more recipes as well as a list of specific densities of alcoholic and non-alcoholic ingredients. This will enable anyone to successfully make just about any imaginable layered drink.
