A nice, piping hot cup of tea is one of the finest pick-me-ups never invented. In fact, many moons ago, the phrase, 'the drink that invigorates but does not inebriate,' touted it as an alternative to alcohol. Now, while we don't hold with such madness - a mug of tea could never compete with a crisp, cold beer - we're well aware of its life-force replenishing qualities after yet another late, late night.

One thing that's sure to degrade your warm beverage experience faster than you can say, 'my god, there's no milk' is a rapidly cooling vessel of once-piping brown stuff, so we decided to come up with a way to keep your cuppa at the optimum temperature for as long as scientifically possible.

So, early in the morning, we're particularly fond of brewing up a cup, taking our Plug n Heat Mug out to the car and plugging its handy cigarette lighter attachment into the 12V adaptor. Once safely ensconced in our automobile, we can idle through the early morning traffic (read crawling road-block) without fear of arriving at our destination with one cup of horrifically lukewarm brew. Result. Car powered heated mug/flask measures approx 18cm high.
