From a full charge, you can command the skies for around 5 minutes before it's time to return to terra firma, but your next flight is mere minutes away, trouncing just about every r/c plane out there. Expanded polypropylene foam construction makes this a tough little chap that'll soak up the inevitable knocks as you improve your skills.
R/c planes used to be about flying for 5 minutes, crashing and then spending four months getting your plane back to air-worthiness; but not with the Palm Z. Once you've mastered the simple controls you'll find yourself performing death-defying stunts from the relative comfort of terra firma, while amazed, bemused, or just downright impressed onlookers stare open-mouthed at the 8-inch wing-spanned mini plane.
All you need to get going is six AA batteries and you'll be king of the skies in next to no time.
