Awesome, with this bit of kit I actually enjoyed doing weight training.

This piece of machine is addictive and the best. Since I have had one I train almost every day for about 35minutes+. Depending on how fit you are and most importantly your diet. You can achieve impressive resultants if you constantly train.I for one train regulary but Im not one to control what I eat and what I dont eat,I feel that I will burn those calories when I train,however after monitoring my progress I have become stronger though I have actually gained weight,I wouldnt say that it is fat but muscle.My arms stretch my tee shirt and my chest has expanded and recently Ive noticed my neck muscles are getting more defined. My upper abs are getting stronger,but I need to workout more on my lower abs.Having said enough of what the total trainer has done for me. I would like to say if you dont have time to go to the gym and your pressed for time if your looking to get fit then do not ignore the Total Trainer Pilates, for all the extras you get and the price you pay .I would give it a 100 Stars.You will not get bored as there are so many excersises to do,it will take some getting use to once you start but when your sailing you wont want to stop. Very addictive piece of equipment.Well done YOU.

I bought one of these 6 months ago, it is the best piece of equipment I have ever bought. It is versatile, compact, efficient and fun. If you want a home gym: this is better than any other I have tried.
