Electric cars are all the rage at the moment, but you still have to charge them up so they're not totally environmentally friendly. Our clever Chinese inventor at Paramountzone.com has gone one step further and one morning produced this totally solar powered car that requires no charging at all. Ok, so it's only 3cm long, so you will struggle to drive it to work, but we're working on a full sized model....

For now, our eco friendly mini racer zooms along when the sun shines on its solar panel, and is the ideal toy for big and small kids alike.

The worlds smallest solar powered car? At just over 3cm long we would think so.

Main Features:

No batteries - just power from the sun.
No assembly required
Measures just 33 x 22 x 14 mm.
A fun demonstration of solar power.
Will also work when close to a strong artificial light source.
When the sun shines on the solar panel, the panel makes electricity that turns the motor and the wheels.
Not for under 3's due to small parts.
