The SMART Trainer Heart Rate Monitor has audible and visual zone control and calories burnt per session. The Smart Trainer allows the user to enter age, sex, weight, and height and activity level. The “SMART Trainer” program will then provide sensible HR limits for the user, with a 5 min warm up and 30 min exercise. The user can change any of these parameters if they wish to use their own figures.
These units also give an indication of calories burnt, % of time spent in selected zone and average heart rate.
