Then you need to rotate the Wrist Ball in your hand as fast as you can, the faster you spin it the heavier it will seem in your hand and the more your muscles will 'feel the burn'. After each go you can check how many rotations you have achieved per minute by checking the in-built LCD digital display.

The blue version can spin at over 12,000 RPM, and has 6 LED lights inside it which give off an amazing glow as you spin it.

The metal/iron version looks awesome and due to it's heavier composition represents even more of a strength challenge. It also features a digital Rev counter. Can you achieve a score over 12,000? Well, can you?
