It also comes with a full set of charging jacks for common small electrical appliances like some Nokia mobile phones, portable CD players, handheld electronic games etc.

It has a useful adjustable stand so you can angle the panel towards the sun for optimal charging, and a clever blocking diode prevents reverse flow of power from batteries into the panel at night.

Please note: You must have 4 batteries of the same size and brand; you cannot charge any other quantity.

Average charge time in full direct sunlight is:

1-1.5 hours for 4 x 180mA AAA;
3-3.5 hours for 4 x 500mA AA batteries;
9-11 hours for 4 x 1500mA D size batteries.
