The 'Flexible Bird Master Heli' seems to be even more stable in flight than last years best selling range, with greater responsiveness to the controls. This mini copter can take off from your hand, and perform great manoeuvres... your co-workers will gape in amazement. Also, it's crash engineered construction means it can take a few wipe outs while you master the controls, and it even comes with a spare back propeller.
Full control allows you to hover and turn left or right as your copter moves steadily forward. It comes in 3 band options so you can fly up to 3 at the same time and challenge your mates to see who can perform the best moves and keep it in the air the longest.
This brilliant rc helicopter even comes with a cool blue flashing strobe on it's undercarriage enabling night time flying.
Supplied completely assembled and ready-to-fly, with pre-installed two channel Proportional wide beam infra red control system. The RC 'Flexible Bird Master' helicopter is charged from the controller (supplied). The charging system also has a auto cutoff for safety and to prevent overcharging of the battery.
Top tip: As you begin to master the controls, to have even more fun and to attempt more complicated manoeuvres, add a little weight to the front of the heli (eg weights supplied or some blue tack). This will mean that the steady forward movement is even faster. Although this is mainly an indoor helicopter, it can also be used outdoors in absolute calm conditions.
There are quite a few low cost mini helicopter available online and I'd herd a few stories about poor performance but I'm all smiles about this purchase. As you suggested I added some weight to the front and it makes flying it loads more fun, even if it does make the crashes even bigger. What can I say; I ordered it on Wednesday morning, got an email immediately confirming the order, got a tracking number email confirming dispatch on Wednesday afternoon, and it arrived Thursday morning. And the best was yet to come; This helicopter is really well made and in my opinion is cooler looking and more importantly gives a better flying experience than the PicoZ. Don't get me wrong I love the Pico (I actually own 3) I just think this has extra control when moving forward. As for crashing, after a few days flying I now hardly crash at all but had several major wipe outs in the 1st few hours and it handled them with no breakage. Certainly worth the money. I purchased two of these, one for home and one for the office! This little thing is remarkably stable for its size! I build and fly 'real' RC helicopters and have never seen anything as stable as this without many, many hours of tedious setup time. With this little heli you simply charge and fly - as easy as that.
