The Security Phone is a simple to install alarm system for your home or office. Included in the kit is one movement sensor, two magnetic door/window sensors and a remote control/panic switch. All are wireless and therefore installation is simple and quick.
If one of the sensors detects an unauthorised entry, it sends a wireless signal to the telephone unit. An audible alarm is triggered in the telephone unit itself, and the telephone unit also makes between one and three calls to any of five preprogrammed numbers with a pre-recorded message.
The messages can be customised for each number. So, you could have one calling you to say your office is being burgled, and another calling the police giving the address of the burglary, telling them to get there quick!
The alarm is set by pressing certain keys on the telephone or for more convenience, from the remote control unit. The telephone does not have to be within sight of the remote control unit or the alarm sensors as the radio signal travels through walls and ceilings up to 50m.
Another feature of the remote control unit is that it can be used as a panic button to trigger the alarm sequence.
