The first ever clock to use a simple yet innovative system of raised pins to display the time. The face of the clock is made up of 3,000 pins arranged side by side, and as time passes, a precision engineered mechanism lifts and retracts selected pins to display hours and minutes.

This mechanism also produces a satisfying click with every number change. The inspiration behind the pin clock comes from the popular toy that uses moving pins to make an impression of one's hand or face as well as the sound "Flipping" seen at most airports or train stations.

It's mains powered and has a stylish design making it an ideal gift or novel time piece suitable for home and work. The clock's hi-tech face is covered by a polycarbonate cover and the back is finished in an "aluminium" silver.

I just love innovative and cool looking gadgets like this, and this is 100% one of the coolest I have seen. I thought £70 was a lot to pay for a clock, but I am not disappointed. Everyone who see`s it thinks it is amazing and wants one.
