Create finest Belgian chocolate under the guidance of a master chocolatier, fresh from the Ritz Hotel in London and Paris where he served as Head Pastry Chef. You can learn about the history of chocolate before being taken on a magical journey to create a filling for your truffles and then dipping them in Belgian chocolate and decorating your creations. This experience is really great fun for all.

Main Events:
The two and a half hour workshop begins with information on the history of chocolate and next the pleasurable task of sampling a chocolate fountain. You'll next create truffle fillings, dip your truffles in Belgian chocolate and design and decorate your toppings. All attendees next take home their creations of 40-50 good sized fine genuine Belgian chocolates all wrapped, designed and made by you.
Extra Details:
On purchasing this experience you will be sent a voucher valid for ten months for two people. Courses are held on Saturdays at 10am and 2pm. Sunday courses can be arranged subject to numbers. Midweek courses can be arranged for groups of 12 or more. The course lasts two and a half hours. Maximum group size is 40 people.
