A wonderful, unique gift, at this chocolate workshop you will create the finest Belgian chocolates under the guidance of a master chocolatier who has served as the Head Pastry Chef at both the Ritz Hotel in London and Paris. Learn all about the history of chocolate and be taken by the chocolatier to create a truffle filling to dip into Belgian chocolate and decorate artistically. This experience is great fun for anyone, couples, groups and individuals.

Main Events:
The two and a half hour workshopábegins with information onáthe history of chocolate and next the pleasurable task of sampling a chocolate fountain. You'll next create truffle fillings, dip your truffles in Belgian chocolate and design and decorate your toppings. All attendees next take home their creations of 40-50 good sized fine genuine Belgian chocolates all wrapped, designed and made by you.
Extra Details:
On purchasing this experience you will be sent a voucher valid for ten months. Courses are held on Saturdays at 10am and 2pm. Sunday courses can be arranged subject to numbers. Midweek courses can be arranged for groups of 12 or more. The course lasts two and a half hours. Maximum group size is 40 people.
