This little solar phone charger is slim enough to fit in your pocket, but when needed you can slide out the extra high powered 5.5V / 300MA solar panel. As this effectively means it has 2 solar panels, it charges your phone around twice as quickly as most other solar chargers on the market.

The gizmo itself includes a rechargeable battery pre installed inside it, which means that even when you're not actually charging a device, the solar panels are continually charging the integrated battery and storing up energy for when you need it most. Therefore, by using this stored energy, you can charge up your required gadgets even when the sun has gone down.

Important note: The first time you charge the device, we recommend you give it a full charge via the USB cable (supplied) connected to your computer. This will increase the efficiency and power of the battery in the long run.

Standard USB (Female): This connector effectively acts as a solar powered USB port so you can charge devices that can also be charged by plugging them into your computers USB port. This includes 99% of digital cameras, PDA's, and MP3 players. For example the iPod Shuffle can be charged via this connector.
Larger iPod connector: As an added bonus we are now including the large iPod connector as well with this unit that also charges the iPhone.

This is an amazing price. I was in a 6 hour car journey and had forgotten my phone charger.
