How does it work? Inside the Powerball there is a main rotor which is accelerated by a round movement of the hand. The rotor can perform as many as 18,000 rpm (revolutions per minute) and thus generate a force of about 100 times the weight of the rotor.
It can be used to give a full workout to your; fingers, biceps, wrists, triceps, lower arms, and shoulders.
