Each Flitter Fairy comes with everything you need to get her flying around your head. Of course, there's a clever trick that has to be learnt to complete the illusion that involves a hairclip to which you can attach a strand of Pixie Silk and your Fairy, so that it's then easy to control the Fairy's flight with your magic wand. Amazingly simple, but a great flying fairy effect.
