Purchased one nearly 2 years ago & carry it every night when walking the dog. A couple of quick flashes of the intensive blue light...and speeding motorists scream to a crawl... most satisfactory!

Great little torch, lights up a whole room with what looks like a blue/white laser! The beam is so bright you can see it from miles off and is really dazzling at close range, so I suppose you could always startle someone with it if they try and attack you, especially in the dark - the beam is like that of a maglite torch. Excellent!

I bough one of these and a sapphire torch. While the sapphire is more durable, the beam the eon gives off is second to none.

still going after 5 years, got to be the best investment I made, was pretty handy when I broke down in the dark, on the hard shoulder, good for slowing traffic down as well as the blue light can look like a police light from a distance
