A: Absolutely not. CAT Gee is just a fun kit and is totally safe in every way. Although your stored DNA can be used to create your genetic profile if you choose to join Club CAT Gee, it cannot be used to create a clone of you. So no ﾓBoys from Brazilﾔ syndrome. Whew.

Q: Could someone clone me if they got hold of my stored DNA?
A: No. The special paper medium does store your DNA safely and kill or neutralise anything else that might damage it, but it is impossible to use DNA collected in this way to create a clone.

Q: Do I have to store my DNA under special conditions?
A: No. The wonder of this product is that once your DNA is on the special paper, you can keep it at home with no extra precautions beyond common sense.

Q: How long will my stored DNA last?
