I've always known that rope jumping was a great way to incorporate cardio into my exercise plan, but I found it so tedious to count my jumps. It was too easy to get distracted and I would get frustrated. But now, I can just put on my favourite CD and jump away while my Calorie Jump tracks my number of jumps and my calories burned. Jumping rope is a regular part of my exercise routine now, thanks to the convenient Calorie Jump. I think I maybe turning into a Kangaroo!
