Now you can wake up as nature intended and get your natural body clock fully in sync with the environment around you. This alarm clock gives off a sunny glow and combines this with gentle sounds of nature (select from 10 sound options).

Waking up in sync with a natural sunrise is one way to help you to awake more positive, and this is not the way most people wake up now especially when combined by a loud and stressful alarm clock sound. This innovative natural alarm clock simulates a gradual sunrise in order to set your body clock and combines this with ultra relaxing nature sounds.

You choose from ten nature sounds to accompany the sunrise (e.g. gentle waterfall or singing birds dawn chorus). It does has two standard alarm clock sounds so you have that option as well. This advanced LED light up alarm clock has dimming LED lights so that you can choose brightness levels (4 levels).

It can also be used to send you off to sleep (works great with kids as well!) with relaxing sounds that phase out automatically after 25 minutes. As well as being a fully functional digital alarm clock, it also has a calendar and useful indoor temperature display.

This Sunrise / Dawn Simulator Alarm Clock completes it's sunrise over a period that you can select (1-60 minutes) from the first gentle rays to full room illumination. Your biorhythm will then adjust perfectly to the waking process, helping you wake up happy as well as being full or energy!

I really like the ergonomic design and the dual waking system..Most of the time, the dawning light is enough to get me going but on those extra tough days, the noise alarm gives me the jolt I need. All in all, the perfect alarm clock.
